After five-thousand years of development, the Chinese cultural arts now reveal a unique and dynamic civilization to the world stage. For more than twenty years, artists from China have electrified theaters internationally, and continue to build bridges between East and West through contribution, innovation and exchange. Today, ancient tradition and modern technical skill unite in an independent, large-scale stage production featuring over sixty of the nation’s most outstanding performers—“The Legends of China”.
“The Legends of China” is a compilation of award-winning, internationally‑acclaimed programs from the fields of acrobatics, drum corps, folk & modern dance, contemporary fashion and Shaolin martial arts. In addition to its array of performers, the show features a dazzling but elegant use of modern sound & lighting, music, stage design, and costuming to usher audiences into the remarkable world of Eastern arts, and bring standards of grand theater production to new levels.
